The team at CEEPO congratulate you on the purchase of your new bike!

To begin the warranty process you must first submit a claim here on the website.


Don't worry if you are unsure about what to do. We will review the information and guide you with what you need to do next.


Please have these five things ready before you start:

- Bike Model and year (if known) and Serial number

- Photo of original receipt or invoice with a clear date and place of purchase.

- Photo of your bike's serial number

- Two or more different photos of the damage or warranty issue (video can be submitted later if required)

- Current profile photo of your complete bike

CEEPO bikes and frames have long enjoyed a reputation for quality and innovation to meet the goals and expectations of riders around the world. They are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects and workmanship for three (3) years from the date of purchase. 


We encourage owners to follow the advice below to ensure years of performance and safe enjoyment from their CEEPO product.

CEEPO bikes and frames should be brought to final riding readiness by a qualified bicycle mechanic. This includes adjustments to drivetrain, brakes, contact points and all moving parts on the frame. Please ensure a recently calibrated torque wrench is always used.


The term 'buyer' refers to you, the customer. These warranty conditions outline the services provided and the requirements of the buyer to help the process go smoothly.




The warranty covers frameset including the frame, fork, seat post & seat clamp. The warranty only covers new CEEPO products that were purchased from an authorized CEEPO dealer. All other parts and components are excluded from this warranty.



Every CEEPO frameset is guaranteed for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase.


The original owner with legitimate, dated proof of purchase (receipt) only.

Original defects in material or manufacturing that occur under normal conditions.



Not covered by this warranty, without limitation:

  • Products without legitimate and dated proof of purchase

  • Products bought at a retailer other than authorized CEEPO retailers

  • Products bought on third party or auction websites (i.e. eBay)

  • Non-authentic products, including counterfeit products, without limitation

  • Products sold as ‘’sponsorship’’; these are addressed through their respective contracts

  • All technical modifications made without CEEPO’s approval

  • Negligence, abuse or improper use, lack of appropriate or reasonable maintenance

  • Subsequent assembly or transformation with any parts not originating or being incompatible

  • Damage caused by wear and tear of material including the result of fatigue

  • Damage caused by abuse or bad use, and bad assembly (i.e. inappropriate torques)

  • Damage caused by corrosion or use of cleaning products or additives

  • Consequences of an accident, impact or crash

  • Products arrived at the end of their useful life cycle

  • Discolored paint caused by the effects of ultraviolet light or outdoor exposure

  • Effects of saline environment or accidents/perforations due to winter climate

  • Repainted products (entirely or partially)

  • Products modified in any way

  • Stationary trainers, including axle clamping and rollers, may void the warranty if used incorrectly

  • Damage caused by shipping


In the event of an accident or severe crash, the high forces exerted on the frame and the fork can lead to structural failure during subsequent use. With our Crash Replacement program we offer the original purchaser, who purchased the bicycle in compliance with our Terms and Conditions, the opportunity to replace a damaged CEEPO frame at a greatly reduced cost. This offer is valid up to three (3) years after the original date of purchase. 


NB:  If your product needs to be replaced and we no longer have it in stock, we’ll try our best to find you the most similar product then available.


The CEEPO Crash Replacement Service is limited to the original purchaser and to damages that compromise the functionality of the bike. We reserve the right to suspend this service if we detect that unreasonable damage has been caused. 


Shipping costs are not included, and your CEEPO authorized dealer reserves the right to charge you for labor or administrative costs. Your authorized dealer will retain possession of the damaged product to ensure proper disposal.


The crash replacement does not apply to third-party components on your bicycle, though that manufacturer may have their own program available. Check with your authorized dealer.

Under 1 year: 40% off

Between 2-3 years: 25% off

NB: this applies to frames and framesets only.


Important Terms For The Crash Replacement Policy

In all cases, the policy applies only to damage that happened during riding. It does not apply to cosmetic damage.


The coverage period is based on the purchase date of the original product. The period does not start over when a product is replaced.


We stand behind our products and want to make sure you are completely satisfied. However, we do reserve the right to deny coverage if we determine that the policy is being abused.
