Why Chase When You Can Lead.

The 2025 Katana has undergone a complete overhaul, delivering cutting-edge aerodynamics and performance to the popular mid to long-course triathlon bike. This update preserves the Katana's reputation for race day prowess, personalization, fit customization, and ease of travel while integrating advanced innovations for a Katana 5.0 that improves its legacy while staying true to its heritage.

Engineered with a “system” approach, R&D considered every element—rider, position, frame design, accessories, and the 3D-printed Katana ToolBox—as part of a unified aerodynamic system. Each component works together to enhance overall airflow efficiency and performance.

Speed in the details. As the next evolution of CEEPO's speed-first design, 2025 Katana surpasses the expectations of modern triathlon bikes. Key features include full cable integration, an innovative asymmetric bladed fork, 3 -point downtube, increased tire width compliance and an aero-enhancing integrated ToolBox, all contributing to a streamlined, high-performance race experience.

All-Rounder Powerhouse. Katana 5.0 redefines versatility in triathlon, excelling across diverse course demands and weather conditions. A pure speed phenom, the Katana thrives on fast courses at Ironman Barcelona and Florida, or IM WC Kona’s infamous Queen K. The geometry is there for athletes to maintain their aero position without discomfort. Quick to accelerate and efficient at maintaining speed, Katana minimizes watt loss over the distances while preserving the legs for the run.

Technician: The Katana shines on technical courses, delivering exceptional handling, stability, and confidence across turns, straightaways, climbs, and descents. Designed to maintain speed and watts in challenging conditions, it’s perfect for demanding races like Nice and Lanzarote, where hills, winds, and sharp turns test every athlete.

Lightweight: adding to the all-rounder mannerism, Katana happens to be a lightweight platform without sacrificing the aerodynamics triathlon demands. With an 1100g frameset, Katana can add climbing to its long list of capabilities. Ideal for dancing up the infamous Col de l'Ècre or Côte de Coursegoulesat at Ironman WC Nice or the Three Bears at Lake Placid.

All day geo: Can’t be fast if you aren’t in the right position. Katana’s steepened seat tube (+2°) improves aerodynamics with a forward, low-profile position, enhances power by opening the hip angle for efficient pedaling and breathing. This increases comfort by reducing back strain in the aero position while optimizing weight distribution for better handling and stability at speed. Rolling comfort is only enhanced by tire width up to 32mm

Wide is fast: Katana’s bladed fork improves airflow and stability with wider, deeper blades. The asymmetric design accelerates inner airflow for a cleaner space between the wheel and fork, while the flat outer blade ensures smooth flow, mimicking wing dynamics. The angled blades deflect air outward around the rider's legs and calves, reducing drag and enhancing aerodynamic performance. Effortless speed? Maybe. Looks rad? Certainly.

Versatility: Tire width variety up to 32mm, industry wide cockpit compatibility, cable management that is full, semi or external as well as fit adaptability with the CEEPO reversible seat post allowing for the signature long and low geometry to create exceptional body position. Easy Travel. Add to this, the Katana remains an easy to maintain and travel with performance bike. Imagine a top performance platform that can be easily maintained with just a mini-tool and off-the-shelf parts.
